Ms. Luo is a professor at the University of Manitoba in the School of Social with significant experience in both essential skills training and results-based accounting, as well as having been a television production instructor in China, with many years of experience in both production and training prior to emigrating to Canada in .
Previously employed at Manitoba START as a workshop facilitator and individual employment counselor, Ms. Luo gave numerous workshops on essential skills with a focus on workplace culture, essential skills, resume and interview skills.
Ms. Luo is a prolific academic who is highly sought-after for research projects both in Canada and abroad. She is highly skilled in doing quantitative and qualitative analysis and teach both under-graduate and graduate courses in both areas.
Ms. Luo will be handling all of the data collection and analysis for the results-based accounting for Freedom Studios’ various training programs.
