Francis Laliberte is a Northern Aboriginal filmmaker from Beauval, Saskatchewan who has been involved in television and video production since 2009. His passion for the film industry has had him working on many projects conceptualizing, directing, filming and editing for APTN, Saskatchewan Tourism and a Sir Kensington commercial. When he’s not working at Freedom, he can usually be found enjoying some classic Doctor Who.
